Just an FYI there are 3 c40-8b on the way to the P&W as we speak. Picked this off NERAIL; Tentative new locos for the PW, coming to PW. 3 GE B40-8W wide cabs No's 561, 562 and 582. The 561 should be close to the Chicago area and slated to enter the Plainfield Paint Shop immediately for PW paint. The 562 and 582 are moving east thru Arizona. Gonna be used primarily in stone service to New York and coal service. Unlike the regular PW fleet, these rascals had desktop controls vs conventional controls stands.
