Drivers For Iatkos S3
Tommy, the problem is actually very simple. 
Either your CPU isn’t capable of virtualization (VT-x), or you have virtualization disabled in the BIOS, it’s most likely the first option because 99% of 6400’s and 9400’s only shipped with Core Duo’s, which are only 32-bit CPUs and that also do not have support for Virtualization (VT-x) since this really only shipped on 64-bit CPUs.
Wait around 20 minutes for the installation to complete. Then we are good to go with iATKOS S3 V2! The OS seems to run properly (I got sound + wireless network +touch pad working) but the screen resolution is not correct. I guess I need to find the correct driver for the ATI Radeon X1300M graphic card. This iATKOS S3 release boots in 64-bit by default, if you select the 32-bit package or any of the 32bit-only driver(s) then the system will boot the kernel in 32-bit by default.nTo load a driver/module/kext in 32-bit (i.e. A 32-bit only driver) you must boot the system in 32-bit, vice versa for 64-bit.
However, you can check your CPU and if it’s a Core 2 Duo (NOT a Core Duo, see the “2” after Core?) then you should have the support for VT-x and can enable it in BIOS. Still, there’s no point in installing iAtkos in virtualbox anyways because there’s no graphics acceleration which means everything will be really slow and in the VM.

Now it is 64/32 and working good.
