Hello, I've had some of the classic educational games from The Learning Company for years. These include Oregon Trail 1.2, Amazon Trail 1.22 Oregon Trail 2, and Yukon Trail.
I loved playing these games when Windows XP was released. Now that its years later, I wanted to be able to play these games on my Windows 8.1 64-bit laptop. However, I keep running into errors, due to compatibility issues, since the games are older and only run in the 16-bit or 32-bit environments. Is there a workaround so that I can install and run my beloved games? I've tried working for hours to find a solution, just to come up short. Please help, if you can. I already tried contacting The Learning Company directly, which already dropped support for these games, so they couldn't help me.
